REVIVE AND IMPROVE YOUR SKIN WITH IPL

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT WITH GLOWING SKIN

What is Photo Rejuvenation /Photofacial / Fotofacial?

Photo Rejuvenation, also called Photofacial treatment, is a non-invasive half an hour procedure designed to improve a wide range of skin imperfections. The treatment utilizes Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to safely and effectively remove signs of aging and sun damage.  Spa in the Village Aesthetics & Laser Clinic offers photorejuvenation treatments with the IPL machine which is one of the most advanced technology available in the cosmetic industry to reach to excellent cosmetic results and outstanding satisfaction.

Our IPL Photo facial is FDA and Health Canada approved and is adjustable to your skin type and may treat numerous skin conditions all at once. You will notice revitalization of your skin without any downtime. It can even be done on your body including hands, neck, décolleté, shoulders and arms and during your lunch hour!

Photofacial provides younger, glowing look to your skin. It simultaneously treats the three main elements of sun-damaged, environmentally-polluted and aging skin by coagulating blood vessels, eliminating pigmented spots and improving skin texture. Photofacial effectively treats red and brown dyschromia/hyperpigmentation and facial telangiectasia while improving the skin’s texture and tone. This procedure allows us to accurately target your skin concerns and you will see visible results in as little as 1-3 treatments spaced at 3-5 weeks apart. Photo-rejuvenation is used for a variety of skin concerns and used not only to correct skin imperfections such as freckles and sun spots, but also to improve overall skin complexion.

Photo Rejuvenation effectively treats:

* Aging skin

* Sun damage

* Facial Telangiectasia

* Rosacea

* Hyperpigmentation

* Age spots/sun spots

* Diffused redness and small facial capillaries

* Fine lines and mild wrinkles and dull complexions

What is Photo-aging?

Photo aging refers to the process of aging due to sun ray exposure particularly Ultraviolet (UVA and UVB). Ultraviolet can penetrate the epidermis. It damages skin cells and stimulates the melanocytes to produce more pigment. The outcome is formation of freckles and age spots. Repeated sun exposure without sun protection will result in premature aging and wrinkles

.

To get the results you want, you may need to have three to six treatments. Those treatments should be spaced about one month apart to let your skin heal in between.
