Spa Etiquette

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment with us to fill out the appropriate forms and any other preparation that may be needed before your appointment. 

 

We ask that you please turn your cell on vibrate when you arrive.

 

Please do not leave children of any age unattended in the reception area. We love little people yet we do NOT provide childcare at any time.

  

We feel that every client deserves the highest level of satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your service please let us know immediately.   We would also appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to make each and every visit, the very best. 

 

Spa Policy

Prices subject to change without notice.

 

Spa promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer or promotion. One per visit.  

 

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

 

We regret that Spa In The Village Aesthetics cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

 

24 hours is required for appointment cancellations.

 

Clients that arrive for their service(s) late will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the service late.  At Spa In The Village Aesthetics we reserves the right to charge 100% of the service price when accommodating late clients.  The reservation of an appointment indicates that we have reserved the service time for you and therefore have had to decline other customer offer for that particular service time at the spa. 

 

Video recording and photography is prohibited in treatment rooms without consent.

 

Children receiving treatments are to be accompanied by their guardian in treatment rooms at all times.

 

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in our large lot.
